For us the best VW T6 Awning Rail available on the market is the Vamoose Combi Rail. VW T6 Awning Rail can be fitted by yourself. We also offer fitting at our HQ in Alcester. It is completely up to you, some people prefer to get a specialist to fit it so they don’t have to but then again some people prefer a DIY weekend job. It's a great option for your Volkswagen Transporter.
An awning rail is a rail that attaches on the side of your vehicle above the sliding door. You're then able to push the separate awning through the groove. This attaches the awning firmly onto your van. It's great for the common awning manufacturers like Vango.
There are two types of VW T6 Awning Rail. They can come in short wheel base (SWB) and long wheel base (LWB). As we have mentioned above we stock Vamoose awning rails and Fiamma Wind Out Awnings.
The Vamoose VW T6 Awning Rail comes in a powder coated textured finish complete with all fixings and general instructions in the box. The Vamoose awning rails are designed specifically for T5’s and T6’s. The bar of the awning rail is made out of malleable aluminium, meaning it has greater flexibility when fixing it onto your van, campervan or kombi.
The Vamoose VW T6 Awning Rail that we stock specifically fits onto the left hand side of your vehicle. Please bare this in mind when purchasing. The VW T6 Awning Rail is fixed to the upper part of the van instead of the left hand side like the Vamoose awning rail. It comes with a deep black case box and royal grey fabric and unrolls in an overhand motion to guarantee the fabric tension at all times.
We supply and fit the Vamoose VW T6 Awning Rail. You can visit us at our HQ in Alcester, Warwickshire. Our team can fit the awning for you. Otherwise, order online and we can deliver it and help you over the phone. Just get in touch if you need more information.
