How We Work: Your Build

1. Initial Enquiry + Discussion with Your Project Manager:

Your journey begins with an initial enquiry through our website, phone call, or in-person visit. Once we understand your project requirements and goals, we assign a dedicated project manager to work closely with you. This ensures clear communication and a single point of contact throughout the project.

2. Ballpark Estimation Figures for Your Build:

Based on the information gathered during the initial discussion, we provide you with ballpark estimation figures for your project. This will give you an idea of the budget required for the build.

3. Estimated Start and Completion Dates:

Along with the ballpark figures, we also provide estimated start and completion dates. These dates are subject to change as we progress through the project, but they give you a general timeline for planning.

4. £1,000 Deposit to Reserve the Dates:

To secure the dates for your project, we require a £1,000 deposit. This deposit ensures that your project is included in our schedule and reserves our team's availability.

5. Detailed Quoting Process Begins:

Once you have reserved the dates, our detailed quoting process begins. This involves further phone calls or visits to gather more specific details about the project. We take into account every aspect of the build to provide you with a comprehensive and accurate quote.

At this point, you will choose your colour choices. Take a look at our samples page. 

6. Final Build Plan Created:

With all the necessary information, we create a final build plan outlining the scope of work, materials, and project timeline. This plan serves as a roadmap for our team and ensures that we are aligned with your expectations.

7. Six Weeks Prior to Build Start Date: 50% of Conversion Payable:

Six weeks before the scheduled start date of the project, we require a 50% payment of the total conversion cost. 

8. Halfway through the build 

Halfway through the build, we will invoice you for a further 25% 

9. Project completion

As the project nears completion, we will notify you in advance of the final stages. The remaining 50% of the conversion cost is due upon project completion and successful handover.
